AU concerned over impasse in Kenya

09-Apr-2008 - The Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Commission, Alpha Omar Konare, said in a statement that delays in appointing a coalition government will delay a return to normalcy in Kenya. The Chairperson reiterated calls made by Kofi Annan that the parties implement the National Accord and Reconciliation Act scrupulously.
