Kriegler commission publishes its Rules of Procedure

11-Apr-2008 - The Independent Review Commission (IREC) headed by Justice Johann Kriegler today published its Rules of Procedure in the Kenya Gazette setting the ground rules for their investigations into the disputed 2007 Presidential Elections.
